As a Hospitalist, you will be responsible for managing acute medicalcare needs through the entire continuum--from pre-admission testing to inpatientand post-operative care--while working closely with surgical and specialtyteams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct inpatientcare and manage complex medical cases
• Oversee patients throughoutthe continuum of care:
  pre-admission, inpatient, and post-op
• Collaborate with surgical,specialty, and nursing teams to ensure high-quality care
• Participate in patientsafety and quality improvement initiatives
• Document and communicateeffectively using the electronic medical record system

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accreditedmedical school
• Board Certified or BoardEligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Unrestricted medical licenseto practice in the State of North Carolina
• Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALScertifications
• Demonstrated experience inhospital medicine, including care coordination and acute case management
• Strong clinical judgment andability to make timely, critical decisions
• Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
• Strong organizational,problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in EMR systemsand basic computer skills
