o Responsible for scheduling Restructure Review meetings
o Gather, compile and distribute required documentation and data in a timely manner in advance of the Restructure Review meetings
o Ensure final restructure documentation is recorded/filed in the Restructure database
o Responsible for tracking all severance requests
o Collaborate with HR as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness of the data
o Support OWBPA production in partnership with Benefits, HR, and legal counsel
o Prepare reports, presentations and assist with development and tracking of restructuring and integration success metrics and present progress, risks and opportunities to the E&I team
o Assist with Records Retention monitoring and compliance
o Assist with Federal Regulatory Compliance and Posting obligations for all sites
o Ad-hoc compliance reporting
o Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
o Bachelor's degree
o 4 years Human Resources experience
o Understanding of HR principles and in-depth knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations, including experience with Affirmative Action regulations and requirements
o Excellent planning and organizational skills; getting things done
o Confidence to take initiative, plan ahead, prioritize workload and adhere to deadlines with minimal supervision
o Knowledge and experience with HR tools, systems and procedures desirable
o Workday experience preferred
o Demonstrated expertise with core Microsoft Office programs including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint databases.
o Detail oriented
o Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and diplomacy
o Ability to adapt to shifting prioritiesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
