DUTIES: Participate in the installation, customization, and integration of EMC VBlock solutions. Work collaboratively with teams from Engineering, QA, Manufacturing and Global Services to evaluate new Vblock feature requests and designs by Product Management, determine the effort required to implement, and design and develop the detailed configuration standards and implementation documentation. Develop new HyperConverged (HC) System Vblock models or update current HC models to address new functional requirements. Work closely with the HC Architect and other Solutions Architects to develop, validate and document a product design that encompasses a sound strategy based on existing proven Vblock designs wherever possible and using best-of-breed parent company products.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Comp. Sci., Engin(any), Business, Math, Physics, or related technical field plus 24 months experience in job offered or computer related occupation.
Experience must include: 1) Designing and implementing VMware products (VSphere 5.0/5.5, VMware DRS); 2) Configuring and implementing network switches; 3) Risk management data security; 4) Implementing, configuring, and supporting ESX/Unix/Solaris/Windows operating systems; 5) Cisco Switches port configuration; 6) Datacenter design and migration; and 7) cloud computing technologies (VMware/KVM/EMC storage). Experience may be gained concurrently. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
EOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
