Program Management Office (PMO) Coordinator

The PMO Coordinator will assist in the definition and maintenance of the standards of project management and process within Pearl. Act as the source of documentation, guidance and metrics on the practice of project management and execution. Support the successful delivery of programs through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting. Assist with project management on the best use of project management disciplines and approaches. The candidate will be have proven PMO Coordinator experience and knowledge of project management, and successful administration of project management framework, processes, and tools and support the creation and improvement of processes, procedures, and tools.

Responsibilities

Assist and advice project manage team to the best use of project management disciplines
Act as a reference point for PMO queries and information and an advocate for best practices in project management
Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete
Track and report on project performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all projects
Provide assistance to maintain and update the project management framework and disciplines necessary to support a PMO
Develop positive relationships with managers and staff to enable the PMO to provide support including facilitation, tracking and reporting on projects, and training



Requirements
A BS in Project Management, Sciences or other related discipline
Proven PMO/Project Analyst or Coordinator experience and knowledge of project management (minimum 3 years' experience)
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and product development
Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and prioritize requests
Good organizational and interpersonal skills, wielding a high attention to detail
Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management from a support perspective
Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large groups
Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
May require travel of 15-20% of working time

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
