My name is Mikeesha and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Data Entry Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Research Triangle Park, NC. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:
Receives incoming documentation from patients, physician offices and other sources that authorize the enrollment of individuals into the services of Patient Services.
Enters data into Siebel from multi-page documents while using technology simultaneously for availability to Case Managers and other PS employees.
Maintains thorough knowledge of SOPs, frequently changing job aids and process changes.

Responsibilities:
Reviews forms from physician offices indicating that a patient has been prescribed a BIIB product.
Enters accurate patient and physician information in a timely manner into the department's customer relations management (CRM) database, known as Siebel.
Contacts physician offices to retrieve complete and accurate TOUCH enrollment forms to initiate the case management process.
Consults and communicates with Case Managers on accuracy of information.
Research inaccurate and incomplete information by querying the database for pending information.
Handles the flipping of the queue to ensure forms are reviewed for adverse events and any adverse events are reported in a timely fashion.
Responsible for handling incoming mail, return mail and Iron Mountain marketing returns along with basic data integrity and business reply card information.
Assist and/or lead with special projects: Forecasting Team

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
