Plastic Injection Mold Shift Supervisor
Our client is seeking an Injection Molding Shift Supervisor to join their tram ASAP. Qualified candidate will be available quickly and have the flexibility to work a night 12 hour shift.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise Injection Molding activities in 24/7 production facility.
Implements process improvement initiatives.
Increase productivity.
Compiles, stores, maintains, retrieves, and analyzes production data.
Oversee manufacturing scheduling activities and employee relations issues.
Ability to lead change with cost reduction and seeks continuous improvement.
Works with engineers to resolve major technical and/or quality issues on the production floor.
Ability to improve staff morale and attitude
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred but not required
Other Requirements
Minimum of five years of experience as a supervisor in Plastic Molding facility
Experience in production machining, Injection Molding, and/or production molding
Knowledge of lean manufacturing process activities and quality management systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience working in a multi-shift production facilityEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
