We currently have an exciting contract opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician in Durham, NC.
Responsibilities and prospects for Pharmacy Technician:
Follows established procedures to process, prepare and distribute medication orders, prescriptions and or sterile products under pharmacists general supervision.
Acts as a resource person for pharmacy questions to medical staff, patients, and visitors.
maintains drug storage systems through restock and trouble-shooting functions.
Education and experience for Pharmacy Technician:
3 years experience with Sterile Preparations IV and Pediatric Preparations
CPHT required
Must have an active North Carolina pharmacy license in good standing
High school Diploma or Equivalent required
