Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required in business, technology, science, engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience including leading business critical technology and support services to diverse functions and users.
Proven track record as experienced project manager leading complex efforts and cross-functional teams. Experience in process design and simplification. Deep technology knowledge of enterprise wide systems and specialized technologies to support field based colleagues.
Solid understanding of the Pharmaceutical industry as it relates to the interactions between R&D, Commercial and US Health Care Providers. Understanding of Medical Affairs contributions to drug development and commercialization.
Experience collaborating with various business partners across an organization to drive change and improve business performance
Strong organizational planning skills. Appropriate attention to detail.
Proven ability to interpret customer needs, negotiate and influence
Customer focused
Flexibility and ability to adjust to changing timelines and priorities
Ability to simplify complex concept, produce concise & simple summaries and communicate to diverse audiences.
Ability to cope under pressure with conflicting priorities.
Ability to work with new technology and teach others
Proven experience creating metrics from complex systems, interpreting multi-dimensional data and identifying trends, areas for improvement and/or gaps
Preferred
Qualifications:
Masters degree in business or clinical sciences is preferred (Pharm.D., MS in Pharmacy, MBA, MA IT).
Knowledge of GSK 360 and WISDOM preferred.
Understanding of the roles of customer facing medical affairs roles including, Health Outcomes, Medical Science Liaisons and Medical Information.
Proven track record as a direct line manager is preferred.
STRONGLY PREFERRED:
o Deep understanding of the changing medical landscape, including the payer and health outcomes environment
o Consulting experience in life science
o Business transformation experience
Details:
The Medical Operations Project Manager - Digital Medical Technologies position is responsible for the creation and delivery of a number of technology and operational support activities supporting the Medical organization. This includes IT system design and support of digital medical technologies. Also, it includes the design of associated processes, performance metrics, and relevant change management. Coordinate and manage the development and implementation of scientific technical programs and processes that enhance effectiveness of the Medical workforce. This includes selection, training, development and sharing of best practices. Actively promote and contribute to the development and enhancement of communication/technology forums, processes and technologies that enhance the sharing of information within Medical teams and internal business partners.

Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
o Works closely with R&D and US Pharma IT to deliver business requirements, benefits analysis and system requirements for various projects. Works in alliance with project management teams to drive change management and implementation of projects.
o Reviews reports and trends for customer facing medical organizations within Medical Affairs (MA) to identify areas of improvement.
o Perform process mapping activities. Responsible for driving process and policy changes within the organization, while collaborating as appropriate with compliance functions in MA.
o Develops and maintains IT network both internal and external, forms strategic contractual alliance with key suppliers to obtain technical services as necessary.
o Drives planning and development of training materials that will be used across relevant areas in Medical Affairs. Also, delivers training to MA users.
o Explore and deliver novel, high-quality technology solutions
o Support forums where best practices can be shared across therapeutic areas.
o Coordinate interfaces with other departments in USPharma and R&D to maximize technology and processes that assure flow of information in support of our pipeline and marketed products.
o Create metrics from multiple complex systems and deliver to functions and teams within NAMA, and to critical GSK internal business partners as directed. Subsequent to Analytics team formation, feed relevant data from NAMA systems to teammates within SETAA.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
