The position will be primarily at our Durham office near Southpoint Mall.
Mon- Thurs 10am-3pm is the most optimal schedule, but there is flexibility for the right candidate.
Prior experience working in a health care setting strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, calling referrals to schedule new patients, and responding to emails.
- Assist with data entry tasks - Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask.
-Previous experience in an administrative role preferred - Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
