With many clients modernizing their ERP platform, there is a surge in the demand to help clients move from Legacy to Oracle Cloud (SaaS, PaaS).
Kyndryl is expanding its Oracle ERP consulting team to fulfill that demand.
We are seeking a passionate and driven Oracle ERP (Financials) Cloud Functional Consultant to join our team and break out of the hierarchy to rewrite the rules for what comes next.
As an Oracle ERP Cloud Consultant at Kyndryl, you will be re-energized with a fresh set of challenges, including working on large enterprise, fast-track ERP modernization projects.

If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $123,740 to $272,220 based on a full-time schedule.
Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.
For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl s applicable plans.
You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.
Note:
If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.

Helping our top Industry-leading clients with their ERP Digital Transformation journeys with your deep experience in Oracle ERP Cloud and Industry.
Advise and Implement Oracle ERP Transformation projects.
Collaborate with global teams and partners on a cross-functional basis to develop and deliver solutions.
Innovate, Design, Build, and Optimize solutions to help clients build intelligent enterprises.
Required
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP Business Process Consulting, Leading Finance & Controlling Digital Transformations & providing Solution Architecture Must have minimum of Two (2) full life cycle implementations of Oracle ERP Cloud modules.
Experience in leading in the blueprint and design of a Oracle Cloud ERP Transformation.
Experience in conducting ERP assessment (Legacy ERP to Oracle Cloud), develop cloud migration strategies and a multi-year journey map covering business process transformation.
