is looking for an Electrical Foreman to supervise and coordinate a team of electricians and ensure the successful completion of electrical projects.
This position requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to lead and motivate a team to complete projects on time and within budget.
Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate activities of electricians Understanding of submittal data Attend and contribute to site meetings Plan and layout wiring, conduit systems, and electrical panel locations Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures Monitor the progress of projects to ensure they stay on schedule and within budget Troubleshoot electrical problems and diagnose issues Train and mentor electricians and apprentice in safety protocols and job skills Ensure that all materials and equipment are available for projects Monitor the work of electricians to ensure quality of work meets standards Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 7
years of experience in electrical installation and wiring Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role Working knowledge of electrical codes and regulations Able to interpret wiring diagrams and schematics Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Job Type:
