Responsible for providing marketing and business expertise and leadership for a portion of the Burt's Bees base businessBrand Marketing lead a multi-discipline marketing and cross-functional team to deliver sales, profit, market share, innovation, and consumer value metricoLead multi-discipline team to recommend integrated demand (marketing, sales, and product related) activities to Leadership team to meet business objectives and improve Consumer Value and grow share.
oPartner with Brand Experience team to recommend annual marketing plan strategies, guide plan execution, and identify ways to improve the planoProvide recommendation on global strategy choices for key categories managedoParticipate and build capability in strategic/higher level subject areas (Business and Brand Strategy)oLead concept and business case development for New Product InitiativesoProvide frontline training and coaching to1-2 Associate Marketing Manager direct reportsoPartner with the brand's Innovation Team to ensure product pipeline is sufficient to drive the business over the Long-Range Plan and grow share.

)Leads recommendation for 18 month integrated business plan based on understanding of SBU Strategic plan and brand/business environmentIdentify and champion new product opportunitiesIdentify Innovation pipeline to identify growth areasResponsible for the annual and monthly volume forecast recommendationParticipates in development of Consumer Learning PlanLeads pricing workIdentifies areas where business analysis is needed to inform plansDevelop contingency plans to address share, volume, and profit effects of marketplace changesLeads Cross-functional marketing team to develop and execute highly effective integrated brand engagement (marketing communication) programs, which leverage a deep understanding of the consumer to create a competitive advantage and build consumer valueRecommend annual integrated marketing plan strategiesResponsible for developing globally relevant assets for deployment in key strategic marketsResponsible for ensuring tactical plan (Advertising, PR, NSM, Digital, media plans) is executed with excellence and on budgetParticipate in creative strategy development with agency and guide creative look/feelResponsible for understanding brand health & marketing efficiency and effectiveness and recommending changes to plan based on this infoDevelop superior packaging graphics to maximize communication and impact at shelfParticipate in Strategy work to ensure the long term health of the businessRecommends Global Skincare Growth IdeaParticipates in Brand Purpose developmentParticipates in Strategy development with CDU/SBU leadership teamTranslates Growth Idea, Business Strategy, and Purpose to integrated marketing plan for responsible categoriesLead new Product Initiatives to meet SBU business goalsLead concept and business case developmentParticipate/team participates on project teams for commercialization projectsParticipate on category relevant discovery teams to identify long range growth potentialBuild a world class marketing organization by developing the skills of direct reportsTrain and develop BM/AMMs through one on one coaching, as well as the development and execution of appropriate department training activitiesEnsure quality execution of the myGPS process, career planning and feedbackParticipate in recruitingWhat we look for:
