Construction Project Superintendent

We are looking for a deadline-driven Commercial Construction Superintendents, with light Civil experience who are willing to travel in the state of Florida.
This position will lead and manage the on-site Construction team and oversee all work.
Superintendent will be responsible for orderliness on-site and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
The Superintendent will also liaise with inspection authorities regarding approvals.
Top candidates will be pro-active and perform well under pressure.
Restaurant experience preferred!Construction Superintendent
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the on-site construction team Coordinate and oversee all work on-site Attend production meetings Review and become familiar with schedule and budget, ensuring adherence to these Ensure quality standards are met Follow project timeline to ensure deadlines are met Monitor and ensure on-site safety compliance Maintain records and field reports Liaising with inspection authorities regarding approvalsBackground check and drug test will be requiredConstruction Superintendent Requirements:
3
years of experience as a Commercial Construction SuperintendentRestaurant or similar experience is preferred.
Procore a huge plusProficient with taking and uploading digital photographsAbility to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications and other documentation Excellent communication skills Excellent organizational skillsAbility to travel in the state of Florida Recommended Skills Communication Construction Coordinating Quality Management Safety Principles Self Motivation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
