Why would a dentist make candy? For years, Dr.
Jenny heard the frustrations of her patients and their parents.
Sugar-free and low-carb candies and snacks usually don't taste great or they're chock full of artificial ingredients.
So Tom and Jenny found a way to make sugar-free caramels with nothing artificial that actually taste great and happen to reduce the risk of cavities! Together they cooked countless batches of candy to create the perfect combination of healthy ingredients and amazing flavors.
Tom & Jenny's is growing fast.
We've become one of the top three best selling caramels on Amazon.
We frequently appear on QVC (and sell out!).
And we are in hundreds of brick and mortar retail stores! About the Role - How you're going to make an impact Consumers have changed.

We're looking for a Marketing Associate to support all aspects of digital marketing, E commerce growth and sales operations.
Both full-time and internship opportunities are available in this role.
You will join a fast growing company and will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with our founders.
You'll get a window into every element of growing a successful consumer brand startup along the way!
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the founders and 3rd party advisors to shape sales and marketing strategy, product pipeline strategy and ongoing team-building Support periodic updates and maintenance of ecommerce presence Build out and manage email marketing campaigns and automations Establish, build out and maintain company presence and content strategy for various social media platforms Conceptualize and execute promotional strategies and calendar of campaigns Plan and execute presence at events, such as tradeshows or food and music festivals Manage ecommerce and wholesale customer service communications Propsect potential wholesale accounts and support in outreach Give your all to help build a truly special company and amazing innovative products This role is based in Durham, NC, with hybrid/remote work options available.
About You - Necessary ingredients An ideal candidate for this role will be passionate and excited about getting high-quality, delicious, healthier products into the hands of consumers.
We're looking for a detail-oriented, hard-worker who's excited to throw themself into building a company.
This role will require the ability to learn various marketing technologies, comfort and knowledge of various social media platforms, a focus on the details and creative thinking.
Previous digital marketing, social media and design experience is not required but highly positive.
High performing individuals will find a home where they can grow with our company, from this starting role into greater leadership roles.
