90 days for 12 shifts per monthPhysicals DOT and Immigration physicals are performed at this office.
What is the average daily volume? 25-35/DayHow many patients per hour do you expect providers to be able to see? 3-4/hourNP/PA will work soloWhat are the shift times? Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pmSeeking a provider for 40 hours per weekMay require some weekends.
When does your need begin? ASAPW-2 with excellent benefits.
Providers hourly rate should be 65-75 per hour for consideration of perm/salary.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
