Summary:
This role is your first opportunity to start your career growth within the North Star family and is essential to our client experience and requires excellent customer service, confidentiality, and exceptional time management.
As a Client Services Assistant, you will be a vital piece of the advisor's practice by completing the daily operations, including, but not limited to answering the phones, preparing for meetings, handling practice postal mail and email, utilizing computer systems and programs in support of client relations, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Minimum requirements in terms of educational background, work experience, licenses /certifications or other knowledge, skills and abilities.
Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills Maintains confidentiality of information Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities High attention to detail High school diploma or GED This description covers the primary and principal duties of the job.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
