Are you a dynamic and customer-focused individual with a passion for photography and ensuring top-notch partner experiences? We're on the lookout for a talented Partner Manager to join our growing team and play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with our enterprise partners.
SmartShoot powers on-demand photography solutions for large enterprise customers, offering pre-defined paid photo assignments to professional photographers and an api-based production management and marketplace platform.
You will manage all aspects of partner experience including being the primary contact point for all partner interactions with SmartShoot, including onboarding partner teams, escalations, pricing, product development, and running weekly and monthly partner business reviews.
Responsibilities:
As a Partner Manager, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for:
Supporting and Onboarding:
Become an expert on our product and how our partners use it Assist and develop training modules, and help recruit professional photographers for paid photoshoot gigs Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our partners.
Customer Service:
Effectively manage customer service escalations Handle partner inquiries with a customer-first approach, ensuring satisfaction.
Quality Control:
Review photo assets submitted by photographers, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards Provide constructive feedback to help photographers deliver quality images and on-site customer satisfaction.
Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain excellent partner communication, respond promptly to partner requests and inquiries Actively participate in calls to review partner-level metrics and discuss strategies for improvement.
Adaptability and Initiative:
Lead various projects as assigned, showcasing your versatility and proactive approach.
Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to anticipating and identifying problems and finding solutions Results driven and willingness to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic Detail-oriented approach, particularly in reviewing photo assets and developing training guides.
Proven experience in customer support or account management roles.
