Summary:
The Service Support Specialist position is responsible for utilizing SAP and CRM 360(SalesForce) to manage the Install Base, to meet the customer demands and achieve customer satisfaction goals.
Adhering to Finance, Legal, Regulatory, and Service Management requirements aligned with corporate objectives and goalsMain Accountabilities:
Service Work Order Management for CSOin the areas of:
installations, PMs, repairs, upgrades, Billable Activities, andSystem ReturnsAdministrative Support for Install Base Movements- works directly with internal and external customers to provide IB Support and ensure IB ComplianceRevenue generation - accurate and timely closure of billable Work Orders, and tracking and resolution of errors preventing closure of billable Work OrdersMaintaining accurate reconciliation of Billing- by working with Field Service Leaders to research and issue debits/credits on a monthly basisStudies and
Experience:
2 years of experience working in an Office Environment interacting with, Customers, Hotline Agents& Field Service RepresentativesStrong basic office skills and good organizational abilityAsset Management Strong telemarketing skillset to contact customers to verify asset disposition SAP, EXCEL, High School Diploma Skills and
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsGood working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and SAP preferredGeneral business knowledge such as basic Finance, Marketing, Sales and AccountingJob ID:
