There is no travel required for this role.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the event logistics for in-person & virtual speaking engagements.
In this role you will handle an average of 5-8 speaking events per week.
Communicating effectively between speakers (and their team) and our corporate/university clients.
Managing the pre-event needs of clients and speakers, such as marketing and promotions, pre-event conference calls and travel arrangements.
Coordinating book signings, green rooms, meet & greets and more.
Securing flights, hotel accommodations and car services for celebrity and professional speakers.
Creating and editing event itineraries.
Collecting and documenting expenses for post-event accounting needs.
Managing unforeseen challenges to ensure event success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in event management is required.
Must be organized and able to work efficiently.
Solutions oriented and possess the ability to remain calm under pressure/quick timelines.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
Experience working with online event platforms, such as Zoom, WebEx, On24, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Facebook Live, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Excellent writing and grammar skills and high attention to detail.
Highly motivated/self-starter with a drive to succeed.
