Are you an established UX Researcher? We have the perfect job for you! As the UX Researcher you'll utilize your expertise in conducting user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and preferences of end-users.
You'll work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather insights and to help form the design and development of user-centered digital products and services.
Additional areas of focus highlighted below:
Employ appropriate research methodologies and be able to make smart choices on best research technique to use based on business goals and timelines.
Produce impactful artifacts generated from research findings which are visually rich and bring clarity to the space being studied.
Develop research plans for your assigned areas, and build consensus with team members.
Job Requirements:
3
years of experience with a breadth of research methods including but not limited to usability studies, baseline studies/benchmark, surveys, customer interviews, and heuristic analysis.
Expertise in modern research tools such as dscout, Qualtrics, UT.
com and/or UserZoom.
A proven capability of applying a range of methods, user interviews, run surveys, conducted usability studies, and some level of familiarity with UX tools.
Experience summarizing data, performing statistical analysis on structured data sets, and analyzing/looking for patterns in unstructured data; Ability to rapidly compile statistics, and look for patterns in data.
Proven capability in applying deep analytical and synthesis skills, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative approaches, to effectively translate research findings into valuable product insights.
Recommended Skills Surveys User Experience (Ux) Analytical Qualtrics Statistics Research Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
