We are hiringValet Attendantsto woo our customers while parking their cars in a professional and responsible manner.
A LAZ Valet Attendant Captain Healthcare Services oversees the facilities on off-shift times while greeting and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and clients.
They are the first person our clients and customers see upon arrival, and the last person our clients & customers see when they depart.
A warm welcome, smiling face, and professional demeanor are of the utmost importance.
What Will I Do? Provide exceptional customer service skills Follow CARE (Compassionate, Attentive, Resourceful, Efficient) behaviors at all times Ensures staff adheres to rules of conduct, policies and procedures.
Supervises, mentors, and trains staff on day-to-day activities.
Assists in establishing performance standards, recommending, and implementing changes to procedures when necessary.
Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.
Assist customers over intercom system, in lobbies, lanes, and in the parking office.
Responsible for running any reports related to daily revenue, credit cards, garage data or other reports requested by management Assists with periodic training as needed.
Assists with creation of weekly garage schedule.
Resolves customer service issues or questions as needed.
Greet by/use name, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude, develop a rapport with the customer base.
Accept monthly and debit payments and process credit cards.
Basic computer skills in the parking revenue control system (add/delete accounts, key in required information from monthly applications).
Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:

A good driver with a driving record to prove it.
You dont speed, youre cautious ESPECIALLY with other peoples property.
You can also drive a standard transmission.

You dont fold and get overwhelmed easily.
Instead, you prefer chaos so you can kick its butt.
Good at communicating and have the ability to speak, read, and comprehend English easily.
A team player.
Youre open to different opinions and can help motivate your team.
Education:
High school graduate or GED preferred but not required.
Experience:
Supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service experience.
Parking industry experience is required.
Skills:
Ability to drive a manual shift vehicle.
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
Willingness to be flexible, work multiple facility locations.
Ability to handle challenging and at times, emotionally charged situations.
Must be able to work unsupervised.
Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions made (not easily persuaded).
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.
Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
Willingness to work in the elements heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
This location requires FLU vaccination, COVID-19 vaccination and at least two (2) boosters prior to hiring date.
