This is an entry level customer service position.
You will be hired to conduct surveys with riders on a tablet and plotting start and end locations on Google Maps for market research to improve transit in the Wake County region.
We start collection in Durham (Go Durham) but will also be working in Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex and Hillsborough.
Individual who are flexible to travel to the various listed areas will get preference and maximum hours.
Schedule is Monday-Thursday.
AM Shifts are 5:
00 a.
m.
until 2:
00 p.
m.
with a one-hour unpaid break or until 1:
00 without the formal break.
PM shifts are basically 2:
00 p.
m.
until 11:
00 p.
m.
(or 10:
00 p.
m.
without the full break).
All times are subject to change based on the system, the route and collection goals needed.
Candidates need to be flexible if they expect to work 40 hours per week.
Report Locations:
Initial reporting location will be in Durham Downtown Station, but then we move to other locations around the area.

00 per hour paid weekly Requirements:
Must be prompt as timeliness is important Must be able to communicate with strangers (Bus Passengers) Must possess knowledge of smartphones and/or tablet programs Must possess knowledge of Google maps Must be able to stand on your feet on board a moving bus for up to 7 - 8 hours Must be comfortable asking personal travel and demographic questions Field Interviewer Job Types:
