Our client, the founder of a corporation, is seeking a Personal Assistant to help manage business and personal tasks on their estate in Durham, NC!About You:

years of experience supporting a high-level individual in an executive or personal assistant capacity.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism is required.
Strong attention to detail, efficient and organized.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have a vehicle.
Must be able to work 100% on-site in Durham, NC.
The Job:
Serve as the main liaison for all house management.
Act as a point of contact for vendors and manage household issues.
Assist with household errands.
Manage calendar - all personal, social, and medical appointments.
Organizing and arranging domestic and international travel.
Draft and manage email correspondence.
Providing flexibility and assistance with projects as needed throughout the house.
This is a temporary to permanent position that pays $30/hour.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone that has personal assistant experience previously and can work within a household.
