Cleaner for 10 Units
Job Description:
CleanBnB is looking for 2 Highly Skilled Cleaners for a 10 Unit apartment building in Durham, NC.
You will be responsible for performing general cleaning and maintenance duties.
This position will be responsible for completing cleaning jobs on time and managing the workload assigned.
The apartment building averages 1-3 cleans per day.

Duties and
Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning of premises, including sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash, laundry (on-site and off-site) and making beds.
Ensure that work orders are completed in a timely manner.
Ensure that proper safety standards are followed at all times.
Complete all required task assignments in a timely manner.
Report any maintenance concerns.
Laundry done on-site
Experience:
Must currently have highly skilled training in cleaning.
Rates and Properties:
(7) 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom and (3) 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartments.
Cleaning services are required almost daily.
Compensation of $45 for cleaning a 2-bedroom unit and $40 for a 1-bedroom unit, with payouts every Thursday.
CleanBnB is an established company based in Columbia, SC and we also service Wilmington, NC.
