00 PM OrganizationSupport Functions P2P Application Analyst Job summary As a P2P Application Analyst, you will serve as a subject matter expert to our internal users and external developers.
You will understand and document the business requirements, processes and workflows developing both written and visual illustrations of requirements and process flows.
You will also work with external developers to create the functional specifications that meet those requirements and test the developed functionality.
This job requires an analyst who can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, lead others, drive results, and proactively identify and resolve problems.
Responsibilities Under the supervision of management, the following responsibilities need to be performed on the P2P application.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve any user related issues.
Train users in application.
Add, disable, and update user parameters.
Monitor, manage, and revisit workflows in the production environment.
Upload, test, maintain and update supplier catalogs.
Maintain and update data management tables.
Create and maintain reports as requested by management.
Compile, graph, and publish business KPIs.
Report any issues to developers and test resolutions in UAT and production environment.
Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Fleet that the P2P application supports all business processes in the areas of Requisitions, Purchase orders, Receipts, and Invoices.
Assist with the design, test, and validate any new system configurations.
Create basic configurations.
Create proper documentation, workflows and other detailed work instructions.
Required Skills and
Experience:
1-2 or more years of experience.
Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent problem-solving skills High-level written and verbal communication skills Interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy Knowledge of SQL syntax (MS preferred) Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
