Seeking excited individual with a passion for process improvement and experience providing engineering and process support to manufacturing facilities in the plastic extrusion or medical device assembly industries.
Required
Experience:
3
years experience in plastic extrusion or medical device assembly manufacturing, process technician or engineer position preferred.
Familiarity with plastic part assembly and packaging processes.

Process improvement and new process implentation in manufacturing environments.
Shall:
Support improvement of plastic extrusion procedures and automated assembly.
Work with maintenance personnel to resolve issues with machinery, tooling implements and other related equipment, performing root cause analysis to determine origin of problem.
Develop and improve processes for production activities to achieve cost effective and sustainable performance.
Excellent benefits and starting compensation up to $130,000.
