Seeking experience developing and implementing extruded plastic products and processing methods.
Shall:
Investigate and resolve work-in-process problems.
Develop and execute improvements in sequence of operations, equipment utilization, materials, formulations, and processes.
Work with product development and customers.
Requirements:

in Chemical, Mechanical, Polymer Engineering OR similar.
5
years experience in product development of PVC, Polyolefin, urethane, ABS, polystyrene, and rubber extruded products.
Track record developing plastic formulations.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies.
