Job Description:
Chapter Leader - Full Stack EngineeringThe RoleThe Customer Data Technology group supporting our Technology Domain within Fidelity's Personal Investing (PI) organization is seeking a Director level Chapter Leader.
As a Chapter Leader you will provide the technology know-how, leadership and influencing skills to drive overall technology strategy, digital transformation, thought leadership and talent development within your Chapter.
You will have direct management responsibilities for an on-shore based team of 8
staff and indirect management of an off-shore team of 6
associates.
Your associates will be responsible for full-stack development with a primary responsibility of providing data, database, and data modeling expertise to their squads.
This Chapter will provide support to our FILI (Fidelity Life Insurance) platform's modernization and refactoring efforts as part of FILI's migration of products from on-prem to cloud based deployments as well as cloud first development efforts.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
