This position will work closely with the owner of the company every day in order to generate leads and close real estate deals.

Responsibilities:

Daily Outbound calls and talk to all leads in our company database - Overcome objections when talking to prospects - Earn Customer Trust and Close Real Estate Deals over the phone - Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects - Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially
Qualifications:
NO PRIOR SALES OR REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE NEEDED - Driven and has Strong work ethic - Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone - Quick on your feet - Professional in attitude and appearance - Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities - Enthusiastic with excellent people skills - Independent and self-motivated - Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) - Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER - Working Hours:
9am to 7pm Monday through Friday; 9am to 2pm 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month - No Health/Dental/Vision Benefits - This is an IN PERSON positions.
You must be able to commute to our office in Durham everyday; no working from home - This position is base salary
