To be successful in this role you will provide the necessary support in day-to-day operations of the lab environment, including installation, configuration, and solving issues.

We are knowledgeable and friendly internal facing lab engineers that create and deploy all of the needed hardware, software, and services for our top quality support staff at Nutanix.
Your Role Work collaboratively with the Support team and other multi-functional organizations Provide assistance for lab networking, virtualization, automation, and hardware troubleshooting for lab users Physically rack and cable server and networking hardware Assist as on-site hands within the regional lab space Work independently and rapidly to meet tight deadlinesWhat You'll Bring BS in Engineering or CS (or equivalent technical degree and 4
years work experience) Industry certifications in UNIX/Linux, storage, server, virtualization, and/or networking technologies Must have a strong aptitude for learning new technologiesHow We WorkWe are a hybrid team, working three days from the office.
We are a highly collaborative and supportive team that works cross functionally with internal Nutanix teams.
Our team are some of the first to work with new technologies and hardware.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $93,600 and $186,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an at-will position and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
