We have been in business for 30
years and work exclusively in the residential landscape design and construction industry, servicing the Triangle area, as well as Wilmington, NC.
We are expanding our Landscape Design & Estimating Department and need an additional Designer/Estimator.
We are looking for someone who is responsible and organized.
You must be able to work with deadlines and be proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino (or willingness to learn Rhino3D), and Lumion (willing to train on this program).
Must have a strong work ethic and work well with the rest of our landscape designers and project managers.
Perfect position for someone with a license in landscape architecture or is about to licensed.
We are also open to hiring an experienced landscape designer.
We are looking for someone with 4-10 years experience.
Requirements:
Knowledge in landscape design and construction, including Southern plants, irrigation, hardscapes, and outdoor masonry.
Ability to get along well with others with various personalities and interact with landscape designers.
Can perform under pressure and hit deadlines for client meetings and project start dates.
Great computer skills - to include the full Adobe Suite and Microsoft Suite.
Must be comfortable with working on a computer all day.
Ability to grow within the company and become an integral part of the Design department.
Duties Will be the right hand to our head landscape designer, creating 2D and 3D designs for residential clients.
Will include CAD revisions for plans, and doing 3D renderings.
Estimate each design produced via an estimating system.
Create Construction Documents and Job Folders for the Project Management Team.
Will be organizing the flow of information to the project management team with job folders and ordering of materials.

Salary is dependent upon experience/skill set.
Relocation assistance is available $5,000 signing bonus
