The Support Specialist (Technical) will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues and addressing problems in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Answer calls from customers and place them in a queue when a customer service representative will be available to answer the call.
Provide information to customers regarding their services.
Resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently.
Establish and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing calls.
Ensure that customers are treated with courtesy and respect.
Handle complaints from customers.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
