We are looking for a maintenance team member with at least three years of proven experience as a maintenance member in the apartment industry.
The ideal candidate will posses a welcoming smile, extensive knowledge of the profession and industry, have the attitude of a team player and leader.

Maintenance responsibilities include:
Maintaining positive resident relations, apartment make ready, groundskeeping, amenities and property upkeep.
Responding to work orders within 24-hours, after hours emergency call.
Bending/ lifting/standing and other physical movement.
Work creatively and positively with all team members onsite/off site, vendors, ownership, etc.
Use of personal vehicle.
Requirements includes:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Reliable transportation.
Valid driver's license.
At least three years of experience as a maintenance technician/supervisor in multi-family/apartment community.
Tool relevant for the position.
