The Position The eCommerce Paid Search Manager is part of the Performance Marketing Team, and reports to the Sr.
Manager, Paid Media.
This role supports the marketing team with planning, execution, implementation, optimization and reporting of Google and Bing paid search programs.
This role is responsible for developing paid search tactics, including campaign setup, keyword expansions, creative updates and restructures.
This role works closely with other team members to deliver effective Digital media campaigns that meet Snapfish marketing and sales goals.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Assess and understand Snapfish brand goals across our digital marketing channels and assist in developing a strategic plan to drive results to achieve those goals.
Accountable for creating, launching, testing, and monitoring performance of Google Ads and Bing Search campaigns to support core business objectives.
Develop paid search tactics, including campaign setup, keyword expansions, creative updates and restructures.
Create, track, analyze, forecast, and report campaign strategies and performance.
Closely monitor and optimize campaign performance to efficiently meet sales forecast and goals (sales, ROAS, cost/new customer acquired (CAC), CPCs, etc).
Analyze, recommend, and execute on tactical changes to maximize channel performance.
Research and acquire trends from primary and/or secondary sources to enhance, build and forecast upcoming campaigns.
Maintain a high level of industry knowledge and expertise in performane marketing Develop Google Display/Video campaign strategies to support both remarketing and new customer acquisition Work independently and collaboratively with team members across the organization to create cohesive strategies for success.
Qualifications:
A BA/BS or equivalent experience 8
years of full-time, professional experience with paid search, paid shopping, youtube, or other PPC campaigns on Google and Bing Experience and passion for both e-commerce and digital marketing Strong analytical and reporting skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Suite tools Understanding of key elements of successful online retail business and ability to design, launch and optimize online advertising campaigns Proven knowledge and understanding of common business and marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) and measuring those against core business objectives.
Live and breathe the paid search industry, staying ahead of cutting-edge trends and channel developments with partners such as Google to drive sales amongst new and existing Snapfish customers Comprehensive understanding of keyword research.
Deep understanding of paid search tactics and platforms, including automated bidding strategies (tROAS, tCPA, impression share, etc).
Excellent problem solving and investigative skills.
Ability to use probing and questioning skills to conduct root cause analysis, determine next steps, and communicate resolution instructions efficiently, professionally, and concisely.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your workload efficiently.
A self-driven mindset and the ability to work independently Experience making data driven decisions to achieve team goals Thorough and strong attention to detail Desire and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and changing priorities.
The ability to adapt and effectively handle and adjust to changes in priorities and assignments.
Strong oral and written communication skills Preferred
Experience:
Google Analytics and Google Ads certified is a plus Analyzing data & creating reports Strong ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accurac.
The ability to think critically and analyze data for meaningful insights Experience working with digital marketing tools (i.
