The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is one of our most valued clients.
This is a three-year project with the majority of the work front loaded in the first year.
Caladwich is seeking a Project Manager (eight-plus years) experience in project management with an emphasis on stakeholder interaction, user requirements analysis, and integration, enabling the rapid development of an operational (web-accessible) prototype Community Clinical Services Content Management System (utilizing Open-Source GIS data) with Human Centered Front-End Interface Functionality.
The PM must be local to Raleigh-Durham, NC to lead a diverse team of outreach coordinators, data analysts, and consultants to provide products in support of veteran's health outreach community mapping project.
Team members maybe remote/local to other areas across state of NC.
To be competitive, project managers must have Enterprise Data Architecture and Human Centered Design (HCD) experience.
PM must possess an accredited HCD certification (academic, Federal, or Industry).
The development methodology will require experience in Lean, or Hybrid Agile (including Scrum and/or Lean Systems Engineering) methodologies where critical processes, capability milestones, production documentation, and user feedback are well documented.
The purpose of the community mapping effort is to inform NC Veterans and Transitioning Service Members (TSM) of the services that are available to them in their community so they can be utilized when most needed.
Additionally, the effort can illustrate areas of saturation and gaps in services offered to facilitate decision-making on ongoing funding.
A successful effort will not only require data collection and analysis, but also best practice project management and communications expertise.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a high level of accuracy in project management, risk mitigation plans, and the ability to communicate successfully with VA leadership, Caladwich Team, veterans and TSMs, and Health Care Providers.

Responsibilities:
Team Lead Proven experience working with veterans, the Dept of Veteran's Affairs, other medical administration departments, health care providers, data collection and analysis, project management, and strong communication abilities.
Provide project charter, project plan, weekly status reports and monthly progress reports in accordance with SOW Review and submit Data Collection Plan, Community Mapping Report Provide the veteran and Transiting Service Members (TSM) Outreach Plan Provide a Stakeholder Analysis Report, Internal Communications Plan, manage program risks, overcome obstacles Lead prototype team to create working software application of the data interface Detailed oriented and able to lead team to meet complex schedules Ability to overcome obstacles in project Final Deliverables include working prototype of user interface to data set of over 36,000 providers across the NC network and a Community Mapping Playbook.
Technical support and company resources will be in support of the team.

Bachelor's degree in related field Must have at least 8 years' experience in consulting for similar projects Strong interpersonal and communication skills working with VA stakeholders Must possess problem solving experience.
