1 6 hours ago Full Job Description What You'll Do Customer Experience (CX) is seeking a Product Owner who is passionate about solving customer problems and crafting experiences that are elegant and effective.
This individual will drive product strategies and define the vision & requirements for our Insights & Analytics products.
They will own, drive and build extraordinary customer experiences throughout the lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is customer-centric, continuously demonstrating strategic & analytical abilities and is laser-focused on executing at scale.
In this role, you partner with diverse, geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams to lead, execute and deliver results.
Additional responsibilities Define product vision, strategy and feature roadmap by working with cross-functional teams (Product Strategy, business units, Sales, customer experience delivery, partners, program, product management, development, UX).
Build detailed business and technical product requirements, scope and release plans.
Think strategically and creatively to gain product and customer feedback.
Drive market research, competitive analysis and business metrics to advise direction.
Drive product development & backlog to build end-to-end solutions with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
Capture customer, partner, sales, delivery feedback and key metrics to continuously improve product features and performance.
Who You Are Combination of an MBA with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field 6
years' experience in product management, product development or architecture design with a focus on Cloud/SaaS products.
AI Experience desirable but not required.
Experience working with customers, technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features and technical designs Mastery of technical concepts and system-design, ability to participate in technical discussions and help make technical trade-offs.
