2 Quick Apply Full-time 30 minutes ago Full Job Description B & D Integrated Health Services is seeking a Full-Time Substance Abuse Qualified Professional for the SAIOP division.
We are in search of candidates who have the following attributes/
Experience:
MUST be able to multitask.
Must be a team player.
Computer Savvy.
At least 1 year experience providing case management Must be QP qualified with two years of post-bachelor experience and able to complete PCP's, PCP updates, CCP's, NC-Topps, etc.
Available work between the hours of 8:

(Monday-Friday) Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Must willing to work with clients in the community.
Provide Meet and Greet to new consumers, inclusive of providing program overview.
Orient the consumers to the program.
Maintain active caseload of SAIOP consumers.
Coordinate B&D transportation services for SAIOP participants if required.
Assist consumer in eliminating any barriers to treatment (Child Care, Transportation, Health, Basic Needs, etc.
) Maintain active consents for treatment interventions and planning (i.
e.
Probation, Shelter, Family Members, etc.
).
Provide daily reinforcement of agency rules and regulations with consumers to avoid/minimize conflict.
Document all clinical transactions with consumers through group and individual notes as entered in the EMR within agency timelines.
Conduct sessions for each consumer on caseload, no less than 20 minutes every other week, or more if needed.
Provide crisis intervention to include facilitation of inpatient treatment, or linkage to other community resources.
Provide case management services to consumers on caseload 1x p/week.
Obtain UDS samples as part of treatment interventions, as allowed by current statutes.
Facilitate aftercare support inclusive of specialized group-work.
Participate in bi-weekly clinical supervision with SA Director.
