Manual dexterity, able to lift, bend, twist and move efficiently from table to table and back and forth to kitchen, physical stamina, basic arithmetic, quickness, dependable and follows instructions.

Good verbal communications, good grammar, sales persuasiveness, able to communicate effectively and accurately in verbal and written form.

Food product and beverage product knowledge, sanitation, safety conscious.
