Solutions Architect - nCino at Signature Bank in Durham, NC

Solutions Architect In this position, you will support the nCino solution for Signature Bank. Manage the team supporting the lending origination platform. Work with Credit, lending businesses and Loan Administration to evaluate and add functionality as required. Primary responsibilities include:
Ensure optimization of all product features and identify new opportunities for workflow enhancements and productivity. Participate in the integration process with other enterprise systems or other applications as opportunities arise. Manage integrations with other bank platforms; Data warehouse, McAfee DLP, SMTP email relay. Identify and analyze solutions to support business and product expansion. Design and implement solutions to support the lending businesses as new loan products are introduced or new product features are required. Design workflow and UI for loan lifecycle management from proposal through agreement, booking, reviews, credit events, maturity or sale. Manage the loan life cycle and CRM applications implemented on nCino. Identify, diagnose and resolve end user system errors. Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously improve data quality, process integrity and productivity. Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues. Perform and manage administration of the bank's Salesforce.com and nCino instance and security settings. Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes as they relate to the nCino application and related applications. Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the nCino application to support additional business processes or functions. Participate in the integration process with other enterprise systems or other applications as opportunities arise. Support, manage and maintain data exchange process and documentation. Support and test upstream and downstream data and/or process changes for the data exchange process. Complete and manage bulk imports of data. Coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions for new employees Monitor user adoption rates and respond as needed (additional training sessions, communication, modifications, or other resources) to improve capabilities. Assist users with report design and management. Deliver training and communication to business users. Recommend best practices based on interactions with the user community.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' Business Analyst experience with Commercial lending acumen required Bachelors' degree required in Information Technology or related discipline. Advanced degree preferred. Certified SalesForce Administrator (ADM-201) required; Certified SalesForce Developer (DEV-401) required; nCino University Certification required Excellent attention to detail; Ability to synthesize information to design efficient solutions Employee

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
