69 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago ACI Federal is seeking a Program Development Analyst to join our vibrant team at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) supporting the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) located in RTP, NC.
Overall Position Summary and Objectives NIEHS is developing an Academic Tuition Support Program to enable staff to seek a degree at an accredited institution.
We are seeking a contractor to perform the following duties:
1) Assist with the development of new program policies in line with institute needs and existing guidance, policies, and laws.
2) Develop SOPs for processing of payments with universities, candidate applications, selection, continued service agreements, and related processes.
3) Develop program materials, including applications, selection criteria, and educational and marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations, flyers, job-aids, webpages, newsletter articles, and other properties.
4) Conduct informational sessions for interested staff.
Deliverables:
Meet with management regarding progress toward goals; provide status updates.
- Bi-Weekly Provide a monthly report of completed, pending, and projected action items.
- Monthly Engage stakeholders and partners (e.
g.
administrative officers, Office of Communications, Web Team, Senior Leadership, etc.
) to ensure satisfactory completion of project milestones.
Work Details:
Draft policy documentation for review by upper management.
1 Review operational and program plans to identify necessary resources and propose actions to address gaps.
2 Assist in researching and preparing program and operational strategies and implementation plans.
3 Document the findings of studies and prepare recommendations for the implementation of new systems, procedures, and organizational changes.
4 Assist staff in preparing briefing and presentation materials for presentations at meetings.
5 Provides analysis and advisory services regarding management functions.
workshops for operational and program staff on management best practices and tactics.
Prepares a variety of management and administrative studies to analyze and evaluate internal procedures, policies, processes, and systems for the purpose of improving efficiency.
Reviews and comments on new or proposed changes to existing policies, procedures or systems.
Research and analyze new government policies and regulations that may impact operations and propose actions to ensure operational compliance.
Prepares reports in the areas of budget, procurement, HR, travel, etc.
Review the policies and regulations that govern the activities performed in the program.
Prepares reports and presentations for meetings.
Researches and suggests developing areas of management policy.
Conduct formal evaluations for operations and performance and prepare reports and dashboards.
Performs in-depth analysis and statistical comparison of organizational data and information.
Conduct an in-depth comparative analysis of organizations against federal agencies and similar industry organizations to baseline performance and efficiency.
Assist financial managers in preparing annual appropriated budget requests.
Research and recommend actions and inclusions to ensure compliance with annual budget request regulations and laws.
Conduct workforce studies and provide in-depth analysis and reporting.
Assist in developing recruiting strategies to meet emerging knowledge, skills and abilities requirements.
Mentor and train junior management analysts.
