SENIOR INVESTMENT OPERATIONS ANALYST - PORTFOLIO DATA (HYBRID)

The Senior Investment Operations Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of Portfolio information on Amundi's Investment Book of Record (IBOR) and Order Management System (OMS), supporting Front Office in making investment and trading decisions based on accurate data.
The role will also involve overseeing 3rd Party Accounting agents ensuring their records are correctly reflecting data underlying performance and NAV calculations.
Key Responsibilities Independently analyze, prioritize, and decided on resolution approach for NAV, Cash and Position exceptions resulting from system generated reconciliation process.
Exercise judgment surrounding materiality and determine the appropriateness for escalation to business head.
Make necessary adjusting entries to the IBOR where appropriate.
Monitor the progress of custodian banks, Fund Accountants, and a multitude of internal departments including trading, portfolio management, compliance, fund accounting and international Amundi offices in the resolution of exceptions, driving the issue to completion.
Prepare and review exception-reporting requirements for distribution to management, investments.
Ensure accurate and timely daily capture of Client/Investor flows in the IBOR/OMS.
Identify and analyze technical, procedural or bi-party responsible thematic trends in exception occurrence.
Initiate strategic projects to solve for these issues.
Coordinate with fund administrator for our private fund, to complete and review our monthly NAV process, including investor statement distributions.
Assist external fund auditors in completion of annual audited financial statements and tax filings.
Manage private fund annual expense budgets and payments of fund expenses.
Create/modify department procedures to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the company's operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business equivalent field.
Three years of relevant experience within the financial services industry.
Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle a heavy workload in an intensive operating environment.
Strong Interpersonal skills with a service-oriented focus aimed at satisfying the needs of end users.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously.
Experience with a wide range of financial instruments.
