Systems Analyst
One of our financial clients is seeking a Systems Analyst.
Must be willing to go onsite in Raleigh for one week a month.

Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science or related fields) Hands on experience managing and coordinating large-scale technology initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Experience leading, influencing, and collaborating in a matrix-managed environment and across multiple, diverse groups.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) a plus.
Skills Ability to successfully deliver large-scale product initiatives by empowering and supporting your team and by helping to identify and remove impediments.
Ability to analyze business problems and come up with solutions Have a collaborative approach to problem solving and your ability to adapt plans based on organizational dynamics and constraints.
Triage technical issues - write SQL queries, look at test results, analyze and validate design etc.
Ability to organize and present ideas and information logically and concisely in a variety of ways (verbally, written, power-point, stories) and to a variety of audiences, including both technical and non-technical individuals.
Ability to operate and influence in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Strong consultative, listening, communications and analytical skills.
