Responsibilities
o Analyze clinical guidelines and other evidence to create computer-based versions of the guidelines that drive the CVP system.
o Evaluate updates to the guidelines to determine and implement any required content changes in the CVP system.
o Quickly learn new clinical domains (cancer types, other diseases) and manage a quality-focused clinical content workflow with peers and clinical professionals.
o Interact with Product Owner / Designer and customer representatives.
o Help set realistic expectations and communicate project velocity and overall progress.
Essential Requirements

Desired Skills (but not required)
o Direct experience with clinical decision support content authoring.
o Clinical experience in oncology.
o Expertise providing technical leadership for a small team of professionals.
o Quality assurance methods and tools.
o Medical Terminology experience, including the UMLS Terminology libraries (SNOMED, LOINC, ICD).
o Clinical Trials or other research experience.
o Rules authoring in Arden Syntax, Easy Expression Language (EEL), or GELLO.
Additional Skills:
o Nursing experience
o Knowledge of EMR/EHR
o Agile
o SQL databases and web content
o Knowledge of oncology care
o ICD9 and HL7 interfaces
o Familiarity with UMLS terminology
o Good project management and leadership skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
